By combining the clearing and chipping process, we can clear your acreage quickly and cleanly, preparing it for agricultural use, sale or construction. To give your lot that added “curb appeal” and make it stand out from all the rest, we offer underbrush mowing and removal of unwanted trees, leaving a well processed mulch that is suitable to sod over, reseed or simply allow native grasses to grow through. We can even selectively thin the brush and trees around your ranch house.

Our methods take the land preparation process from 6 steps to a one step process, while saving time and money. Our process reduces the brushy material to mulch that is spread evenly across the area conforming to the ground, creating an attractive “cost free” erosion matt. This facilitates reseeding of areas to remain in a natural state. Where the mulch must be removed the material is generally used in the end landscaping process further reducing costs and enhancing the beauty of the completed project.

When clearing an area or project, the end objective is always a primary consideration. A work plan is designed to leave as much of the natural vegetative material as is possible. By doing this, the project can incorporate these natural assets into the final landscaping plan. This mentality reduces the need to purchase replacement plants and trees further reducing costs. Our equipment is late model, state of the art, and meticulously maintained. All of our lubricants are currently synthetic to improve performance and reduce fuel consumption. These efforts among result in lower fuel emissions, prevention of oil/fuel leaks and spills. We use non-toxic biodegradable antifreeze and detergents to further reduce potential environmental impact.
